イケアより重要なお知らせ Notice

出張引取りによる家具買取りサービスは、10月26日（日）までの家具買取り見積もりが最終受付となります。

なお10月26日（日）までにお見積りをされた方は、
11月10日（月）まで受付メールにある出張オプションのリンクからお申込みいただけます。
家具をお客さま自身で持ち込まれる場合は、これまで通り家具買取りサービスをご利用できます。

Our collection service for Buyback is coming to an end.

Customers who receive their quote by 26 October will have until 10 November 2025 to apply for the collection service using the link in the confirmation email.
After this date we look forward to you bringing your pre-loved items to the store yourself to use our buyback service.

• こちらのフォームは、家具買取りサービス受付番号を発行し、有料での集荷をご希望される方のみご入力ください。 This form is for the customer who have registered the Buyback appliacation and request the pick up (Charged)
• 以下の内容をご確認のうえ、チェックをお入れください。 Please read the following conditions and have checked.
  • ドアや廊下、エレベーターなどの搬入経路をご確認ください。クレーンなど特殊作業での搬出は行いません。 Please check the delivery routes (Doors, Corridors, Elevators etc. We will not offer Special work such as Crane for Pick up.
  • 組み立てた状態のまま配送スタッフに引き渡しをお願いします。解体は行わないでください。 Please handover the assembled furniture to delivery staff.
  • 入力いただいた内容に基づき出張料金をご案内しますのでお支払いをお願いします。その後引き取りの日時の確定・ご訪問となります。 We will let you know the pick up fee according to your input. Pick up date will be confirmed after the payment has been cinfirmed.
